Mipim 2019: ‘Absence of leadership in the UK’, says Manchester City Council leader

The UK is suffering from “an absence of leadership” because nobody is able to make decisions, according to Sir Richard Leese, leader of Manchester City Council.

Speaking at ‘New Generation Thought Leaders: Empowering our Future Leaders’ in the Manchester Pavillion at Mipim, the Mancunian politician spoke about the importance of leadership in Manchester and the rest of the UK as well as the current dearth of it.
