Mirastar snaps up 285,000 sq ft Sheffield industrial development

Premcor Estates and its joint venture partner Peveril Securities have sold a prime industrial development at Catalyst in Sheffield to Mirastar, KKR Real Estate’s industrial and logistics platform, for an undisclosed sum.
