Moda and Apache accelerate Edinburgh regeneration plans

Moda and joint venture partner Apache Capital have submitted plans for over 200 homes in Edinburgh City centre as part of a wider regeneration project.

If the plans are approved by City of Edinburgh Council, 221 additional houses will be built for rent as part of the Springside plan in Fountainbridge district.
