Sales from the Royal & SunAlliance portfolio, which was bought in a joint venture with the Barclay brothers, amounted to around £200m and made a profit of nearly £32m. Moorfield’s share was just under £10m, with further profits of £3.2m from the rental income and £852,000 in management fees.
