Law firm Semple Fraser has taken the top two floors of Morley’s 134,00 sq ft 123 St Vincent Street office development in Glasgow.
The Scottish law firm has taken the 30,500 sq ft space for 15 years with a ten-year break option and will move there in July 2008.
The deal involved terminating the leases of two current tenants, HBoS and Aberdeen Asset Management, who are now moving to new headquarters at 110 St Vincent Street.
The building, formerly the head office for Scottish Mutual Assurance, is also occupied by Moneyquest, Pinsent Masons and Goodman.
Space at £27.50/sq ft
Remaining space in the building is being marketed at £27.50/sq ft by King Sturge.
King Sturge acted for Morley and Semple Fraser was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
