Morley and Grosvenor are considering a sale of their 450,000 sq ft Liffey Valley shopping scheme in Dublin.

A spokesman for Morley, which manages the asset at Quarryvale on behalf of the joint venture, said: ‘The prospect of a significant extension to the already highly successful Liffey Valley shopping centre, thereby creating a very large single asset, has prompted the appointment of agents.

‘Their brief is to advise on the current structure and the potential opportunities created by the future planned extension.’

The joint venture plans phases of new development at the scheme.
