Morley pulls out of £1.5bn Abbey race

London & Regional is set to market its 60 Victoria Embankment at Blackfriars in London through BH2. The price tag for the 415,000 sq ft (38,550 sq m) building is £260m. Tenant JP Morgan pays £18m a year.
