Most private investors accept commercial rent arrears won’t be repaid, Allsop reports

Most private investors have reached reduced rent agreements with commercial tenants and many accept that rent arrears are unlikely to be paid back, as the Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Bill comes into effect this year, according to a report from auction house Allsop.
