MPs vote in favour of Heathrow expansion - property reacts

MPs have overwhelmingly backed plans to build a third runway at London’s Heathrow airport in a decision which has received a mixed reception from the property sector.

After the plans to create a third runway at Heathrow received sign-off from the government’s economic sub-committee chaired by Prime Minister Theresa May earlier this month, the government yesterday won a vote in the House of Commons by 415 votes to 119 to give final approval for the proposals.
