West Midlands based A&J Mucklow has got the go ahead for a 507,382 sq ft (47,137 sq m) mixed use scheme in the centre of Birmingham
It has received outline planning consent for the redevelopment of its Bull Ring Trading Estate in Digbeth in the city centre in Birmingham in the Market Quarter of the city.
The planning permission includes 418,180 sq ft (38,850 sq m) of residential space, 89,200 sq ft (8,290sq m) commercial space that will include café and restaurants, leisure, offices and retail space as well as a new public open space and car park.
The Bull Ring Trading Estate is a 1980s-built estate with a number of separate buildings on the site.
