Murex opts for Freedom in Paris

AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets has pre-let the entirety of its Freedom office building in Paris to fintech firm Murex.

Murex has taken 178,680 sq ft of space across nine floors at 15-25 boulevard de l’Amiral Bruix in Paris. The redeveloped building, due to practically complete in Q4 2019, will also feature an auditorium, business centre, two restaurants, 21,500 sq ft of gardens and 15,000 sq ft of terrace space.
