Murray moves from Savills to manage Orchard Street's portfolio

Orchard Street Investment Management has recruited Alice Murray from Savills to help manage its £2.1bn office and industrial portfolios.

In her new role as asset manager within the business space team at the investment manager, Murray will be part of a six-strong team responsible for managing Orchard Street’s growing portfolio helping implement business plans, manage tenants and drive performance. Earlier this month, Orchard Street further added to its UK assets with the acquisition of Trade City, a multi-let industrial estate in Reading for £15.7m.
