MWB Business Exchange has acquired 15 centres from the administrator to MLS, bringing its network up to 73 centres.

MWB Business Exchange has signed terms on 10 leases and two operating and management agreements, and is operating three centres under licences.

Its portfolio now totals 1.75m sq ft.

13 of the centres are in Greater London and the other two are in woking and Guildford.

The deal reinforces MWB Business Exchange’s position as London’s largest serviced accommodation provider.

MWB Business Exchange said the expansion has come at virtually no capital cost to the company.

John Spencer, chief executive of MWB Business Exchange, said: 'We have been able to make a significant strategic expansion to our portfolio which further consolidates our position as London's leading provider of serviced offices.

'It also expands our 3-star offer at a time when SME's are seeking a value offer in this tougher economic climate.'
