MWB will pay around £50m for the former Grant’s department store scheme, anchored by a Warner Village multiplex cinema, a Holmes Place gym and Scottish & Newcastle and Bass concepts. Richardson Cordwell’s Five Ways scheme in Birmingham is also expected to go into the third leisure fund.
