Native gets green light for new Birmingham aparthotel

Native Birmingham at Louisa Ryland House

Aparthotel operator Native has received planning permission for a 181-room aparthotel in Birmingham’s central business district.

Native Birmingham will feature 81,280 sq ft of space across five floors and is due to open in spring 2020. It will also feature 14,000 sq ft of ground floor leisure space, including a restaurant, café and a gym.
