Neville & Giggs announce 'Manchester open for business' with new 700,000 sq ft mixed use scheme

A JV headed by Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs’ Jackson’s Row Developments has unveiled plans for a 700,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme in Manchester containing a five-star hotel, 153 apartments and 135,000 sq ft of Grade A offices.
