Albion and East said it will use the space on Old Street to launch a yet to be named new concept to build on the success of its restaurants Canova Hall in Brixton and Martello Hall in Hackney. The group confirmed the new scheme will serve up dishes from its trademark Italian-American influenced all day menus alongside their own gin, distilled on site.
