Battersea Power Station Development Company has appointed Benn Zemek as chief financial officer to take over from Simon Murphy after he replaced outgoing chief executive Rob Tincknell earlier this month.
Zemek joined BPSDC from BlueMount Capital in 2013, shortly after the development was purchased by a Malaysian consortium of shareholders, and is the current head of investment management and corporate finance. In that role he has arranged more than £2bn of development finance for the Battersea project.
