New chief executive in Swedish shake-up for Savills

Savills has appointed a new top team in Sweden including hiring CBRE’s Niklas Samuelsson to take over as chief executive from December.

Samuelsson will bring more than a decade of leadership experience having been deputy managing director for CBRE Sweden from 2014 and served as a partner at Catella for seven years before that.

He will lead an all-new leadership team from December which also comprises of new appointments Niklas Zuckerman as head of investment, Anders Nordvall as deputy CEO and Mikael Fasten who will join the investment team as a director.
