Harry Hyman’s £1.5bn investment group Nexus has appointed Chris Santer as chief investment officer for its property division with a focus on healthcare and education schemes.
Nexus’ main role is as property manager and investment advisor to Primary Health Properties, the FTSE-250 listed REIT that owns 313 medical centres in the UK and Ireland. Santer’s initial role will focus on healthcare following the recent sale of the Nexus PINE Fund, which was focused on education-let assets.
