Ken Costa LJ Partnership

US family office LJ Partnership has outlined significant global expansion plans with the appointment of the former global head of M&A at UBS, Ken Costa, as its new co-chairman.

The London-headquartered private wealth and real estate partnership that manages £11bn of assets globally will rebrand to Alvarium Investments in 2019. It has outlined plans to continue an “active pace of investment” following recent equity investment from Dilmun. The New York-based family office originally from The Gulf has acquired a 40% stake in LJ Partnership.
