A new development manager has been appointed on Sheffield’s tallest residential tower.
City Lofts (Sheffield), one of the few City Lofts holding companies not to be placed into Law of Property Act receivership before the residential developer went into administration in July this year, has appointed GJD Property to manage the development.
The appointment follows the resolution of planning issues around the cladding of the building earlier this month.
The 32-storey tower, in the St Paul’s area of the city near Sheffield train station, will provide 319 apartments when complete.
GJD is led by former George Wimpey London and South East managing director Graeme Dodds.
It replaces Phil Rawle, who leaves the project at the end of January.
