A new flexible office and co-working search tool called Spacepool has launched in London and aims to connect independent workspace operators with customers looking for space.
Providers on the platform include First Base Serviced Offices, House of Creative and Finsbury Business Centre in locations such as Farringdon, Shoreditch, and Pimlico.
Workspace offerings are filtered by hot desks, fixed desks, and private offices.
The platform promises “a one-stop-shop, which allows businesses to view, connect and agree contracts with providers, enabling them to secure a space that serves their needs at the right pace and budget,” according to a release.
Providers can use the tool to create tailored lease agreements with their customers and it has a built-in payment system to collect rents.
“We’ve addressed the gap in the office search market by creating a simple, user-centric platform, where businesses have full control, enabling them to look for space on their own terms,” said Spacepool’s founder and chief executive, Eugene Tavyev.
“It’s simple, time and cost-efficient and streamlines a process that can be arduous and frustrating,” he adds. “Spacepool is more than just a search platform – our goal is to enable and inspire businesses to grow by providing access to spaces that reflect their needs, values and culture.”
