New head of capital for Cromwell

Investor Cromwell Property Group has appointed Lodewijk Zweers to the newly created role of head of capital and operations in Europe.

In this new role, Zweers will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of Cromwell’s European capital raising and investor relations activity across Europe, as well as taking on the day-to-day management of European operations. Last December, Cromwell raised €865.7m for the flotation of the Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust (CEREIT).
