Eustace has more than 14 years’ experience in the financial services sector, including four with Octopus Property as head of credit residential development. In his new role, Eustace will lead a team focused on offering bespoke loans for residential development projects across the UK including purpose-built student accommodation, build-to-rent and develop-to-sell.
