In his new role as lead director, Tolhurst take charge of the asset management division which looks after over 3,500 properties and collects over £4.5bn for fund managers and other global investors.

Alongside his three-years of experience at Capita where he held a number of managing director roles across a range of sectors including utilities, retail and telecommunications, Tolhurst has previously worked for Serco and BT as well as consulting for Andersen, the firm which became Accenture.
