Henry Boot Developments has secured planning approval from Nottingham City Council for its industrial-led plans to redevelop the 48 acre former Imperial Tobacco production site.
The Nottingham site, acquired by HBD last summer, had been home to Imperial Tobacco’s UK production and distribution facility from the 1960s until production moved overseas in 2016.
