Legal & General’s retirement scheme operator Inspired Villages Group has made five senior hires as part of its expansion campaign.
Since its acquisition of IVG in August 2017, L&G has grown the company from 25 to 129 employees and has now added Jim Fogden as land director, Jez Conen as senior development manager, Dean Bower as development manager, Neil Burgin as senior programme manager and Craig Raymond as project manager.
The lead appointment, Fogden, will join the senior management team and be tasked with supporting L&G’s target of growing IVG’s portfolio to 8,500 homes across 50 sites, looking after 12,750 residents, by 2022.
