New Look, the fashion retailer, has signed up for a 20,000 sq ft store in Bath.

It has agreed to take the store, over two levels at Multi’s SouthGate development in the city.

New Look will open along side Boots, H&M, and others in phase one of the scheme in November.

Stuart Harris, leasing director at Multi Development in the UK, said: ‘We are delighted to have secured one of the UK’s most fashion-forward retailers. We have lots of offers and interest on the remaining units from more great brands.’

Amanda Herron in the property team at New Look said: ‘We are delighted to have finally secured representation in Bath, our last remaining major outstanding requirement.’

SouthGate, a 417,000 sq ft mixed-use development includes retail, residential and leisure areas totalling 65 shops, cafes, and restaurants anchored by a 125,000 sq ft Debenhams department store.
