She has been promoted from within Clarion and brings senior housing association and real estate consultancy experience gained at Savills and Knight Frank.

Austen Reid, group director of development at Clarion said: “Regionalisation of our development programme will ensure we have the right skills and experience on the ground. Sue will lead Clarion’s step change in housing delivery in key growth areas.”

Earlier this year, Clarion Housing Group made Ruth Cooke as its new chief executive taking over from the retiring Keith Exford in April 2018.
