New MD for Delancey's Plexal

Andrew Roughan Plexal

Delancey has appointed Andrew Roughan as the managing director of its spin-out innovation business Plexal.

Plexal is a flexible workspace and innovation consultancy based at Here East, the London Olympic Park technology campus owned by Delancey’s DV4 fund.

Roughan, a former chief operating officer at Here East and one of the original team behind the project to regenerate the London Olympics Broadcast and Media Centre, will assume full responsibility for Plexal.
