Criterion Capital, owner of Trocadero in London’s West End has instructed Shelley Sandzer and Nash Bond to find a occupier for the former Planet Hollywood premises, which is now empty.
Planet Hollywood vacated the property, at the corner of Coventry Street and Rupert Street, earlier this month as its lease came to an end.
Ted Schama, partner at Shelley Sandzer, said: ‘This landmark property provides an opportunity for an international flagship, with the rare and valuable benefit of late night licensing until 3am.’
Planet Hollywood plans to open a new restaurant on Haymarket in May this year.
