New planning director for AXA IM's RVG

AXA IM - Real Assets-owned retirement living developer Retirement Villages Group has appointed Guy Flintoft as its new planning director.

Flintoft joins Retirement Villages with nearly 20 years’ planning experience having worked with Medway Council in Kent, before spending 10 years as a planning consultant with Barton Willmore. Following this, he spent four years at PegasusLife as planning director working on a number of retirement developments as far apart as Newcastle and Falmouth.
