New property partners at Harold Benjamin

Harold Benjamin has added a pair of new partners to their property offering, with Mina Kakkad promoted in the commercial property team and Huseyin Huseyin promoted in the property development & planning team.

Kakkad has worked with the firm since October 2014 and is an experienced commercial property lawyer with experience in complex high-value investments, acquisitions, disposals (freehold and leasehold), commercial lettings (acting for both landlords and tenants), portfolio management work and property finance. Prior to joining Harold Benjamin, she worked for ‘magic circle’ firm Clifford Chance and Speechly Bircham, now Charles Russell Speechlys. Kakkad is also a specialist in MEES legislation.
