New Waterloo HQ for architect Broadway Malyan

The Estate Office Shoreditch has pre-let the entirety of its recently refurbished 12,300 sq ft Holmes House in Waterloo to international architectural practice Broadway Malyan.

Broadway Malyan, which was recently appointed to design a new masterplan for the 1,600-acre Calthorpe Estates in Birmingham, has taken a 10-year lease at an annual rent of £51.50/sq ft. During the refurbishment phase, Broadway Malyan has taken temporary accommodation at 46 Loman Street in south east London.
