NewCold acquires 9.5ha site to build Europe’s largest cold storage facility

Cold storage logistics firm NewCold has acquired a 9.5ha site in Corby from Warmflame Developments for a phased development of up to 637,589 sq ft of bespoke temperature-controlled facilities, making it the largest site of its kind in Europe.
