Newcore Capital submits plans for non-profit oxford scheme

Newcore Capital has submitted plans for a non-profit regeneration scheme in the Oxford area of Blackbird Leys.

The planning application to Oxford City Council comprises the redevelopment of the derelict Holy Family Church into a new church, a café, community hall, crèche and outreach offices for local community charities.
