NewRiver REIT saw retail occupancy levels remain stable at 95.5% in the third quarter of 2018.
The retail focused company said it had only seen a modest impact from retailer CVAs and administrations during the period but that like-for-like footfall across its shopping centre portfolio declined 1.8%.
