NewRiver REIT has sold off 22 of the pubs it acquired as part of Marston’s £90m Trent portfolio.
The 22 pubs were bought for a total consideration of £10.7m as part of the 202-pub portfolio it acquired in 2013 and have now been sold for £14.8m to a private equity investor, representing a net initial yield of 5.6%.
