Noma scheme granted permission for third listed building refurbishment

Hermes Investment Management has secured planning permission for the next phase of its mixed-use Noma scheme in Manchester.

A grade II listed warehouse building on the 20-acre site will be converted into more than 50,000 sq ft of grade A office space in a project called Redfern.
