The real estate arm of Norway’s sovereign wealth fund has confirmed the acquisition of an office property in central Paris for €415.5m from South Korean mutual fund IGIS.
Norges Bank Investment Management has agreed to buy a 100% interest in the property at 54-56 rue La Boétie in the French capital from IGIS’ Global Private Placement Real Estate Fund Number 37-1.
