The offices were developed by developed by Ards Business Centre as part of the area’s regeneration scheme.

Councillor Angus Carson, chair of the Council’s Development Committee said: ‘Until now the absence of high quality, contemporary office space was hindering the development of local businesses and, in some cases, meant we lost companies to the area.
