NTA dips at Capco as it closes in on Shaftesbury merger

Capital and Counties (Capco) has revealed the value of net tangible assets (NTA) dipped in the six months to the end of June despite an increase in the value of its portfolio.

NTA came in at 209p per share, down from 212p at the end of December, while there was a 4.5% rise in like-for-like portfolio value to £1.9bn.
