Mobile phone giant O2 has signed the biggest Thames Valley letting of the year at Segro’s Slough Trading Estate.

O2 has taken an office pre-let of 110,000 sq ft (10,219 sq m) at 264 Bath Road in a strategic move to consolidate its head office function.

The deal will see the company occupy 300,000 sq ft (27,870 sq m) of office space overall, with the new office linked to its existing premises. Staff will move from 1 Brunel Way in Slough Town Centre.

O2 has signed a 15 year lease and has renewed its existing lease at the estate for a further 15 years
