Oakmayne Properties has submitted a planning application for a 43-storey apartment tower in London’s Elephant & Castle.
The redeveloped 1960s Eileen House, next to London South Bank University, will provide 369 flats.
Plans also include ground floor retail and a separate six-floor office building.
Architect Allies and Morrison has designed the scheme, which will former a part of the wider regeneration of Elephant & Castle.
The regeneration of Elephant & Castle, being led by Southwark Council, will see £1.5bn of investment in a 70-acre area including the creation of a new pedestrianised town centre.
