Oakmont snaps up three Aylesbury sites

Sloane House Aylesbury

Residential developer Oakmont Homes has acquired two vacant office sites and a plot of land in Aylesbury from Sainsbury’s.

The firm has applied for planning to convert the sites, which have a GDV of £30m, into boutique residential developments. Oakmont hopes to begin construction in 2019 with completion scheduled for 2020.

The first two sites, Sloane House and Cambridge House, are former office buildings that have been vacant for more than 15 years and total 50,000 sq ft.
