​OakNorth loans Regal London £29.2m for mixed-use development in Clapham

Small business bank OakNorth has loaned Regal London £29.2m to develop a site in Clapham into a mixed-use scheme spread across eight floors.

The HSS Hire at 340a Clapham Road will be demolished to make room for 62 homes, 12 of which will be affordable, with 17,000 sq ft of commercial space on the lower ground and ground floors.
