Oceanic Estates lets Runcorn warehouse to Movianto UK

The cube

Oceanic Estates has let a 152,871 sq ft warehouse to healthcare business Movianto UK.

The Cube, located on the Whitehouse Industrial Estate in Runcrn, was previously used as a regional distribution centre by Baldwin Filters.

Movianto has signed a three-year, FRI lease at a rent of £6.50/sq ft in one of the North West’s biggest industrial deals of the year so far.
