Octopus Healthcare sells portfolio of dialysis units for £12.2m

Fresenius Medical Care Renal Services Birmingham

Healthcare property investor Octopus Healthcare has sold a portfolio of three dialysis units in London, Birmingham and Worcester to Waypoint’s Government Income Fund for £12.2m.

The Tottenham Hale, London, unit is occupied by The Royal Free London Hospital, which is part of the NHS Foundation Trust, while the units in Worcester and Birmingham are leased to kidney care specialists Fresenius Medical Care Renal Services.
