The office market event of the year is underway at the luxurious Celtic Manor resort in Wales.
Around 700 delegates from across the office sector have assembled to listen to a fantastic line up of speakers and to tour the stands of the exhibitors.
First up this morning are keynote speeches from Property Week editor Giles Barrie, chief executive of British Land, Stephen Hester, Hamish McRae of the Independent and Nigel Baker from Microsoft.
